The following is a basic way for ANYONE to make some extra money. HouseDrop.com is constantly looking for homes to purchase and will pay you at least $500 if you refer any of the following types of properties to us:

Refer Vacant Homes: These are identified by boarded up windows with overgrown grass; homes with obvious damage in need of repair; or homes with stacks of mail or newspapers left in the yard (if no one lives there that means no furniture inside). This category does NOT include vacant homes with Real Estate signs in the front yard.

Refer For Sale By Owner (FSBO) Homes: Homes listed for sale WITHOUT a real estate agent. The ones with the giant FSBO signs in the front yard are OK, just be sure it indicates 'By Owner' or 'FSBO' on it.

Refer For Rent By Owner (FRBO) Homes: Similar to the above. Homes listed for rent WITHOUT a real estate agent.

Refer Homes with Motivated Sellers: An owner of any home that does not have a lot of equity in the home, but need to sell quickly. This usually means any home where the sellers motivation is not for profit. These owners and homes can be found in newspapers, through communication with neighbors, churches or friends.

- OWNERS NAME (if available)
- WHY you think we should buy the house
EMAIL USOnce we receive the information we'll cross reference it against our database to ensure your find is not a duplicate. We'll then contact the owner of the property. If we close on the home, we'll pay you at least $500!!!
